FAQ’S

How many strength workouts are there and how does it work?

I make it easy for you by scheduling 3 bodyweight strength workouts per week via my app. There are modifications options for each exercise. You get access to the app to track your workouts the entire time of the challenge. You can do your strength workouts anytime, anywhere, with no special equipment needed. I am there via Chat in the app to provide accountability + guidance via the app to keep you on track!

When/ how will we do the yoga sessions?

Every week you receive a fun yoga workout via email combining bodyweight strength movements with energizing, mood-boosting, creative yoga!

Week 1 - Yoga-Strength Flow

We also kick off the challenge with a LIVE CLASS Thursday, Nov 6 at 6! In addition, you get access to the entire Blissasana Yoga video library filled with over 100 yoga workouts from restorative, to yoga-dance, to emotional release to do at your choosing over the 3 weeks! I will also send journal prompts each week to restore and uplift you!

Is there a 1:1 coaching component?

In the 2nd week, you get a 1 coaching feedback session where I talk with you individually to see how it’s going and help you reach your goals. We will establish your physique, energy, and fitness goals.

EACH TUESDAY NIGHT WE ALSO HAVE A LIVE SUPPORT CALL - Nutrition Workshop covering different topics to help you on your journey!

In my app you can also message me anytime so you can get coaching as needed throughout!

When does the challenge run?

The challenge begins Monday, Nov 3rd and ends Monday, Nov 24. You will receive on-boarding materials on Nov 1st, including access to the app and yoga video library.

What results can I expect?
