Winter Solstice Garden Yoga

Join us on 12/20, the eve of the Winter Solstice - the darkest day of the year as we honor the rebirth of the sun and welcome new beginnings in a tropical garden paradise.

This 75-minute experience blends outdoor yoga, reflection, and plant magic to help you tap into your inner glow.

Each participant receives tropical seeds to grow in your garden, and we will create “Grow Cards” / Garden Journals to take home!

Location: Beech Kombucha, 3100 Freemont Terrace S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712 in their large tasting garden

Cost: $30 + $1 CC Processing fee includes your own seasonal Kombucha + Grow Card/Journal & seeds + vinyasa yoga style class

also includes use of yoga mat + cooling lavender eye pillow

In the event of inclement weather that causes cancellation, your payment can be used for an upcoming class or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )

CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel, however you can gift or transfer your ticket to a friend! We cannot give refunds or credit if you have to miss for an emergency.

INDIVIDUAL YOGA TRAINING

Jenny offers a mix of in-person & online training.

Typically once a month in-person at an outdoor park in the Tyrone area of St Pete and the other 3 times online on zoom!

Each session is 1 hour and tailored to each individual's personal needs, strengths, and fitness/wellness goals. This is a great way to progress your practice, get feedback, achieve wellness/fitness goals, and establish a consistent yoga practice.
