what will i get for joining this challenge?

This is a 6 week pathway to build your physical strength without sacrificing joy, having to buy a gym-membership, or even leave the house!


FAQ’S

How many strength workouts are there and how does it work?

I make it easy for you by scheduling 3 bodyweight strength workouts per week via my app. I tailor each workout for your unique goals. You get access to the app to track your workouts the entire time of the challenge. You can do your strength workouts anytime, anywhere, with no special equipment needed. I provide accountability + guidance via the app to keep you on track!

When/ how will we do the yoga sessions?

Once a week we will jump on Zoom for a fun yoga workout combining bodyweight strength movements with energizing, mood-boosting, creative yoga. In addition, you get access to the entire Blissasana Yoga video library filled with over 100 yoga workouts from restorative, to yoga-dance, to emotional release to do at your choosing over the 6 weeks! I will also send recommended videos to do each week to restore and uplift you!

Is there a 1:1 coaching component?

You will get 3 coaching sessions where I talk with you individually to help you reach your goals. In our first call we will establish your physique, energy, and fitness goals and design your macros and personalized workout plan based off that.

When does the challenge run?

The challenge begins Monday, June 5th and ends Monday July 10th. You will receive on-boarding materials on Friday June 2nd, including access to the app and yoga video library.

What results can I expect?

At the end of the challenge, you will feel DIFFERENT! The program is designed to reduce unwanted physical (and energetic) weight and build strong, lean muscle. Imagine stepping out in 6 weeks feeling like a whole new you!
