- Classes Held Live over Zoom for staff at agreed upon times

- Professional Microphone + Music for each class

- Recording of (1) of the livestream classes with exclusive rights given to Aeroflow Healthcare/Motif to repurpose, reshare & own the content ($145.00 for rights/ recording)
