What does it mean to be a Creatrix?

It is creating the world you live in from a place of authentic alignment, deep self-knowing and self-confidence.

On this journey to embody the creatrix, we’ll dismantle old programming, align sacred masculine action with divine feminine desires, and remember our power.

We’ll evoke the “fire in the belly” with our deep core asana practice, topping off each practice with journaling reflections.

Workout 1- Initiation + Awareness

60 minutes of core activation to awaken the divine feminine portal.

In this workout, we’re building the entire trunk - which includes the abdominals and surrounding muscles like the gluteals.

Physical Focus:

  • Build foundational strength of the core musculature.

  • Utilize gluteals to control hips + transfer energy from lower to upper extremities.

  • Train rectus abdominus, obliques, & transverse abdominus.

Spiritual Focus: Releasing

Beyond aesthetics

_No matter your lifestyle, you will reap the benefits of a strong trunk, from greater endurance to a reduced risk of injury.

For example, Fire Hydrant exercises can help calm a cranky back by engaging the transverse abdominus, the deepest ab muscles that live under the six pack muscles.

Core exercises build a foundation of strength for sports or for daily movements like gardening, playing with children and physically demanding labor around the house or in our job.
