We’ll target the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus, ending off each practice with an inspiring self-discovery inquiry + meditative savasana.

Workout 1- Awaken the Back Body

GODDESS OF COMPASSION, TARA

60 minutes of introductory movements to awaken the gluteals

Enter this workout with nothin’ but love for yourself, where ever your practice is now. Embrace it! This workout challenges your body, expands your edges & helps you find compassion and strength as you move through it!

Physical Focus:

  • Build foundational strength of the gluteals with level 1 rep-based exercises

  • Utilize gluteals for standing balance work


Workout 2 - Strengthen + Balance

GODDESS OF NATURE, ARTEMIS

Get ready to balance power + grace! This workout fuses free-flow feminine movement, active stretching & booty-burning glute work with grounding balance postures. We’ll finish with a blissful savasana, melting into the healing energy of Mother Earth.

Physical Focus:

  • Develop stability through more dynamic movement patterns
  • Increase and build off foundational strength of the gluteals with level 2 rep-based exercises, challenging range of motion and deepening mind-body connection

Workout 3- Burn + Build

GODDESS OF ABUNDANCE, LAKSHMI

This workout is our most challenging in the series and yet remains balanced with a healthy amount of glute specific exercises combined with flowing movements.

Physical Focus:

  • Incorporate the most challenging, and complex movements
  • Add more reps and longer holds
  • Trust yourself as the strong Goddess you are!
