Welcome to Huntress HIIT!
This series includes high intensity interval training to:
get the heart rate up with cardio
build muscle with strengthening moves
Help your ability to cope with stress as you go for your goals
In each 30 minute workout, we turn on the intensity for one minute of power moves and then enjoy an active rest for one minute.The workouts are designed to increase in difficulty as your progress.
Each workout is unique and stands alone, but it’s recommended that you start with Workout 1 added once or twice a week max into your movement practices, and slowly, over a few weeks time, progress to workout 2 and finally 3.

Workout 2 - Power Up
30 minutes, 2 rounds of high intensity interval training
Workout 3- Burn out in the Rain
30 minutes, 2 rounds of high intensity interval training
