Come experience a Blissasana Yoga Flow with Jenny at sunset Tuesday night 9/15 in Carrier Park! This class is for all-levels and is a rhythmic vinyasa flow class that is synched to music with a focus on FEEL GOOD mobility variations in each posture.

Class begins at 6:15PM at Carrier Park in West Asheville - during magic hour where everything is illuminated with extra beauty.

Please arrive at 6PM or so to give yourself time to find us (directions below).

DIRECTIONS:
In Carrier Park
Park in the parking lot with the traffic circle, next to the covered picnic tables/PAVILION and River Overlook.

Head toward the pavilion, and take a LEFT to follow the path alongside the river all the way down to a large tree. We will be under there!
