There will be a short social after class to get drinks inside Lucid Coffee & Kava + to make your Affirmation Pumpkin, and connect.

Please arrive at 8:45am so we can start on time! We provide yoga mats or feel free to bring yours. Class will be held outdoors on the patio in the shade.
