A 3-Part Yoga Workout Series
Each workout consists of 15 minutes of strength + cardio + stretch that grows in intensity + complexity
Series Focus:
Build foundational strength of the core muscles and increase intensity as workouts progress
Find stability + control as we train gluteals, then add in dynamic movement
Build strength in the arms, biceps and back while simultaneously training the lower body
Inclusion of Light Cardio to get the heart pumping + initiate a possible change in mood and mental state
You will need a Small Light Weight (5 - 8lbs )
