Playa Bliss Fit

A 3-Part Yoga Workout Series

Each workout consists of 15 minutes of strength + cardio + stretch that grows in intensity + complexity

Series Focus:

  • Build foundational strength of the core muscles and increase intensity as workouts progress

  • Find stability + control as we train gluteals, then add in dynamic movement

  • Build strength in the arms, biceps and back while simultaneously training the lower body

  • Inclusion of Light Cardio to get the heart pumping + initiate a possible change in mood and mental state

You will need a Small Light Weight (5 - 8lbs )
