Rhythmic Vinyasa - 1 hour

 

This flow is the total package - slowly warmup with freeing movement and short light cardio spurts to get the heart rate going.

Some of my favorite postures in this one are:

Half Moon

Lion’s breath

Half Lord of the Fishes Pose

Jany Sirasana - Head to knee pose

Downward Facing Dog flow to plank with stacked ankle

Take your time to really open the body, release emotions, and cool-down with yummy stretches including some feel-good restoration for the back and hips!

And we wend with a longer savasana/ resting pose - you deserve it!
