TRAIN TO RUN: STRENGTHEN + FLOW

Join me for this 40 minute STRENGTHENING PRACTICE to ACTIVATE THE MUSCLES IN YOUR BACK BODY.

We will TRAIN the body for running/working out with movements that will activate and strengthen the glute and hamstrings, while stretching the calves, opening the hips, and providing some rehab mixed in with your workout.

This is designed to do on an “off day” so that you can really dedicate your full energy to these movements without being overworked from running as well.

By introducing these exercises on their own, you give the body a chance adapt safely and in a healthy manner to prevent injury.

This is our recommendation, but this is your practice and you are are free to choose what works for you and your body!
