MINI-RETREAT SCHEDULE

9am-12:30pm

9am - Meet for the Hike

(Exact Meeting Location will be emailed to you)

9:05am- GUIDED HIKE & NATURE WALK

9:45am- YOGA Stretch Stop + Photo-Op

10:30am- SOUND BATH- Arrive at destination for a Sound Healing & Relaxing Yoga

*We bring yoga mats & blankets for you so no worries there!

11:30pm- LUNCH - ZEN picnic w/ plant-based vegan meal

12pm - ZENcraft

12:30pm - Retreat Ends but you leave with a ton of memories, a relaxing state of being, and maybe some new friends!

Tickets are $60

and cover the entire experience, including a yoga mat, vegan lunch, and a cool lavender eye pillow.
